Your role
As a Transaction Manager, you will facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who are looking to progress their career.
Monday-Friday 45 hours a week, with one day off in lieu during the week, and Sundays on a rota.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Your profile
- Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
- Excellent customer management skills.
