Job Description
This full-time, permanent role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, where the handler will liaise with legal professionals, injured clients, and various experts to arrange appointments, obtain medical records, and manage reports and invoices
Key responsibilities include instructing experts, sourcing suppliers for rehabilitation, quality checking documents, and maintaining effective communication regarding appointments and information
The ideal candidate should have GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or above, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and spoken English skills, and ideally some experience in a medical or legal setting
