- Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or similar, or Pilot license
- Previous medical dispatching experience preferred
- Two-way radio proficiency
- Effective communication and public speaking skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and think critically under stressful situations
- Weather reporting
- Risk analysis
- Monitor progress of flight
