Job Description

Position: Executive – AO&CS (GSE)

  • Coordinate for open safety hazards (FSF009) with respective regional SPOC/ station as applicable and close
  • Coordinate for running activities with regions/stations and keep data ready in excel sheet as and when required.
  • Maintain tracker for DGCA Audits/ flight safety audit and AOCS GSE safety tracker for audit/inspection findings.
  • Maintain FSF10 tracker for corrective, preventive actions and record keeping for evidences as desired by your immediate reporting manager.
  • Carry out Root cause analysis / Corrective & preventive actions.
  • Visit GSE facilities / GSE(s)/Vehicle(s) whenever job requires for physical inspection.
  • Able to perform GSE quality Inspections, raise observations and follow up until closure.
  • Follow up for the closure of all audit finding(s)/ observation(s)
  • Extend support to stations on audit closure wherever required
  • Ensure the safety standards are followed at all stations and extending support wherever required as per the policy.
  • Any other task assigned by reporting manager in the interest of company.
