Position Summary

In this role you will be part of our Finance Team and you will support the financial analysis process for the overheads costs to facilitate a fact based decision making process, ensuring adherence to Financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirement.

A day in the life…

  • Collaborating with the centre of competence based in Barcelona to prepare dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly review) and actual closing;
  • Interacting with the stakeholders for the operational file to prepare the budget with Official Budget tool;
  • Making manual journal/accrual for the monthly closing;
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders to define the budget and for quarterly review for the spending;
  • Collaborating with the Decision Support Manager, Overheads and Business Controllers in order to provide a high quality data / timely framework;
  • Preparing Reporting, data and analysis to be submitted to the Business Unit Controller and functional directors.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Basic knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Principles
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SAP is a nice to have
