Where are our opportunities?

We have offices in York, Gatwick and Welwyn Garden City but we very much work in a hybrid way, so you’ll usually be working in the office or out at a customer 1 to 2 days per week and then home working. If you want to be in the office more then that’s absolutely fine. We have fantastic facilities to take advantage of!

What will you bring in return?

You’ll be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for our Nestlé brands, you will have commercial capability and if you have experience of influencing across a range of stakeholders, ideally within a matrix structure than great. Whether you’re an experienced commercial individual or just starting out we are looking for you to demonstrate the ability to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous. You’ll also:

  • Have a great analytical approach to drive insight and be able to transform data into compelling stories that drives actions and return on investment.
  • Be adaptable, demonstrating agility to use your initiative to solve challenges rapidly and often in a creative way.
  • Understand the importance of working in a customer centric way.
  • Be courageous, we’re not afraid to think differently and embrace new ideas. We want you to disrupt what we do in the right way to drive great results and change.
  • Love of learning, understanding ‘why?’ and ability to share this both externally and internally in a compelling way.
