As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our HR department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, assisting in the implementation of HR policies, and providing support to employees and management. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
– Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions.
– Support payroll processing by collecting and reviewing timesheets, verifying attendance records, and assisting with payroll inquiries.
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities.
– Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
– Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
– Support the HR team in organizing company events, meetings, and recognition programs.
– Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $32.00 – $53.00 per hour
