Procurement Officer – El Seif

• Have a good knowledge of Saudi Market, suppliers, subcontractor.
• Have a good knowledge of technical materials.
• Has Saudi Market Experience Preferable in Operations & Maintenance
• Good communications and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.
• Responsible for all procurement process from Material Request, Quotations, analyzing quotations acquired up to generating PO.
• Ensuring quality of selection items within budget cost.
• Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems
• Responding to Operation and dealing the communication in professional way to sorted out all requirements.
• Daily coordination with operation and support department for collecting purchased material and speeding up the procurement process and meeting project requirements in a timely manner.
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors after purchasing of the required materials and items till delivery completion
• Knowledge of selecting professional subcontractors to meet the best quality and honesty in execution work level.
• Negotiate payment terms with all suppliers and Subcontractor.
• Interact with vendors for new products available in the market to serve as possible alternatives for used products, inform concerned and request samples for onward testing purposes and provide proof that product meet our requirement with but better price.

Minimum Qualifications / Educational Levels Required For This Position

You should be ideally having a diploma or a bachelor’s degree of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, with previous experience in technical Material purchase.
