Development Coordinator

Job Description

This role supports IHG’s Development efforts by assisting with various key tasks throughout the deal process.


Your day to da

  • yCommunicate with existing and potential partners/owners, including handling incoming enquiries and follow-up with potential partners/owners where appropriate
  • .Create pitch and proposal documents for presentation to potential partners/owners
  • .Assist with IHG’s internal deal approval process; contribute sections to deal approval documents through analysis of projects and market research
  • .Assist with the leads screening process, and ad-hac support to development marketing program
  • .Administrative support includes but is not limited to handling partners’/owners’ requests, team travel arrangements, organization of both internal team and external client meetings and conferences, signing ceremonies and deal closing logistics and other general administrative duties when necessary

  • ouEffective oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to convey information to internal and external stakeholders, or provide information via written reports or correspondenc
  • e.Strong PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Exce
  • l.Interest in and basic understanding of hotel developmen

  • c.Good organizational, time management and implementation skill
  • s.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hotel Management or related disciplin
  • e.Preferably three years of experience in an international corporate or hospitality-related environmen
