Position Overview

The Customer Marketer at HeyGen will be a key member of the marketing team, driving customer advocacy and leveraging compelling customer stories to fuel trust, loyalty, and pipeline growth. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in customer advocacy, storytelling, and integrated campaigns to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling advocacy programs that influence conversions and retention while building trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale the customer advocacy program, generating testimonials, case studies, referrals, and video stories that drive both self-serve and sales signups.
  • Proactively source and grow a comprehensive repository of customer stories
  • Amplify customer stories across social media platforms and video channels to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Integrate advocacy assets into marketing campaigns to enhance their impact and align with broader marketing goals.
  • Build and manage a Customer Advisory Board featuring senior leaders who align with our ICPs.
  • Design and execute customer-focused campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and feature adoption, fostering deeper product engagement.
  • Track campaign performance, measure key KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve desired business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to create and scale customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives across various channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics such as engagement, referral rates, and pipeline influence.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with social, demand generation, sales, and product teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for building relationships with customers and leveraging their success to drive business growth.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Salary Range

$125,000 – $140,000 annually

HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
