Our Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant will receive a competitive sign on bonus!
- Location: Brown County
- Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: $40,000 starting
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- License Preferred: LSW, LPC, MFT, OCPSA, OCPSS, OCPC.
- Required Experience: Experience providing mental health services, with preference for experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children (0-8).
Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic, classroom, and individual prevention/consultation services to early learning centers, parents, and children.
- Conduct observations and strengths/needs assessments.
- Collaborate with Child Focus Early Learning Centers to address at-risk/challenging behaviors and safety planning.
- Assist young children in achieving social/emotional and academic success through collaboration with early learning educators and school administration.
- Educate parents about infant and early childhood mental health and facilitate access to community mental health resources and treatment services.
- Ensure timely documentation of all activities..
