EDUCATION, BUSINESS EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Proven performer with sales accomplishments and 8+ years of medical sales experience

3+ years of experience managing a sales force in capital and disposable products

Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high-performance sales team, with proven results

Demonstrated ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives

Solid understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards

Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management, including C-Suite

Thorough understanding of the breast, thoracic, and pulmonary markets; including technologies, trends, products, and KOLs

Attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multi-task and work across different organizational functions

Required Competencies

Demonstrated evidence of success in previous medical device sales role, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills

Capital and disposable management experience

Experience in the breast and lung oncology markets

Experience launching and introducing new products to market

Ability to travel up to 75%

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Area Vice President is responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on corporate goals that will promote sales growth for all products, systems and services by enhancing customer satisfaction

Achieve established sales quota by managing the sales of all Elucent products

Supervise and manage all ADs, SAMs, ASRs and CS field employees to support sales and customer service/support

Oversee and allocate personnel and resources to effectively manage customer support tasks, including but not limited to sales presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, installations, trainings, product launches, procedures, and trouble shooting resolution

Understand all enabling technologies included all Elucent platforms, and all competitive systems

Work with CCO to establish budget and annual compensation/incentive programs that drive behavior toward achievement of corporate sales objectives

Provide supervision through field visits, observation, and sales results, including performance appraisals and salary reviews

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Assist, as needed, with field service requests (procedure support, installations, evaluations, training, capital sales, etc.)

Building and delivering budgetary proposals

Following up on contracts

Maintain an active and ongoing commitment to compliance with all company policies and applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to HIPPA, Sunshine Act and the Elucent Guidelines on interaction with US Healthcare Professionals.

Pay Range:

$175,000.00
