Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional IT support to a diverse array of small and medium-sized businesses. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients and contribute to the seamless operation of their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and configure Windows computers and related peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain various software applications.
  • Manage user accounts within Active Directory (add, move, change).
  • Provide support for basic printer and Wi-Fi setup and configuration.
  • Assist with cloud applications, Office 365, and backup systems.
  • Understand and provide support for firewalls and VOIP systems.
  • Deliver technical support, diagnose issues, conduct research for solutions, and resolve problems related to systems, software, and hardware.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering end-user support.
  • A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service, both onsite and remotely.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects (e.g., computers and peripherals).
  • Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel to client sites across Orange County and LA County.
  • Residency in Orange County is required for onsite visits.
