Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.
