About The Role
The role of Senior Executive Assistant is essential in optimizing the Leadership team’s time and focus, enabling them to lead the organization effectively and efficiently. This position will provide support to the CEO, COO, and CFO. Exceptional communication and multitasking skills are required, along with the capability to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while interfacing with various departments and company leaders.

Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a publicly traded technology company.
– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Compensation
$120K – $160K • Offers Equity
