Job Description
To achieve the sales of passenger vehicles range through corporates and institutions by identification of potential segment to be targeted in coordination with channel partners and other regional team members in order to achieve the desired volumes through institutions within the company guidelines, policies & available resources
Job Responsibility
- Plan & execute sales plans & BTL campaigns for Corporate and Fleet Sales through the dealerships
- Achievement of Corporate and Fleet Sales Targets
- Review dealership teams on Corporate Visits, Fleet Operator visits,Targets.
- Establish relationships with HR & Admin Heads of Corporates / IT, BPO cos / Fleet Operators for business development.
- Identification of potential segments to be targeted. Planning & executing campaigns. Follow up and closure of bulk deals.
- Coordination / Follow-up on bulk deals. Reports and MIS as and when required.
- Training the Dealership Corporate & Fleet Sales team on Prospecting, Campaign management, Bulk deal closures, Negotiation and other requirements.
- Establish relationship with external agencies like Banks, Leasing companies, Vendors etc.
- Work in close Coordination with TSMs, Area Managers, Dealerships

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing
- Relevant Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience of managing B2B accounts/customers in the Automobile industry
- Understanding of Corporate Leasing mechanism
- Exposed in direct sales, channel management.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a complex or matrix decision making mechanism.
- Experience in the managing large account deals.
