Your Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving the attraction, retention, and development of the right talent, and building a workplace where everyone thrives.

Your Mission

Talent Development (60%)

• Manage the full cycle recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract, develop and retain the right talent.
• Build and implement development programs to support team members unlocking new abilities and career path.
• Lead performance evaluations using data-driven insights
• Define core competencies, establishing clear success benchmarks to guide employee growth and development

Engagement (30%)

• Develop and execute internal engagement activities and events (e.g., holidays, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, team-building, birthdays, happy hour…).
• Facilitate internal communication to promote company culture.

Admin (10%)

• Establish and maintain direct relationships with external partners and suppliers to execute the company’s initiatives.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as directed by the leader

Yêu cầu

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Game industry.
• Solid understanding of positions, technologies, and Game development workflows, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Game Design, QA/Testing, and art tools (e.g., Photoshop, Blender).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, TopCV, or specialized platforms (e.g., ArtStation, GameJobs).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong English proficiency is a plus.
