Job Description
This position offers a blend of personal assistance, project management, communication and team facilitation to help the CEO and Executive team focus on strategic projects, stakeholders and Brand profile building. You will be managing the CEO’s time, and commitments, and help her navigate day-to-day pressures, whilst project managing key activities which are required to support business growth.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of tasks with confidence, allowing the CEO to delegate with trust. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The role will require visits to the site in Bristol and to London on a regular basis but will also be able to regularly work remotely.

Our Executive Assistant
- Supports weekly and monthly task planning and execution
- Attends relevant meetings to take minutes and co-ordinate next steps
- Represents the CEO in communications from responding to emails, actioning calls leading projects and supporting in administrative tasks
- Always is one step ahead of what needs to be done, reminding the exec and CEO on tasks, emails and projects that need to be completed in order of priority
- Supports the executive team in preparing presentations to communicate internally and externally
- Supports company event planning and delivery
- Identifies ways to enhance workflow efficiency and propose proactive solutions.
- Supports and manages cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organisational priorities and goals
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments
- Drives process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Supports the CEO in building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Is instrumental in helping The Wave to deliver key projects whilst supporting the exec team’s administrative workload.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, motivated, and highly organised, with excellent time management abilities
- A starter finisher
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A keen desire to learn and a genuine interest in business growth.
- Commercial awareness and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and other business tools.
- Someone that is calm in stressful situations and can bring order to complex problems
- Ability to influence and support across multiple levels of an organisation
