工作职责:
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
The R&D centre of Foods in Shanghai is responsible for product & process developing and deploying for Unilever Food Solutions and Food Retail business of North Asia region.
This individual will be responsible for Foods Pilot Plant management including manufacturing, new process capability design for savoury products, and necessarily deployment for Inno/Reno/5S/Quality Improvement/SC supporting projects across North Asia.
Main Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities Are
- Mainly lead pilot plant management and manufacturing for related portfolios (60%)
- Lead new process capability development and support Inno/Reno/5S project (30%)
- Coordinate quality improvement and SC Supporting (10%)
Detailed As Below
- Lead pilot plant management and manufacturing:
- E2E manage SC licence manufacturing (planning, inventory lot, making, quality control, engineering, safety and etc.) with functional partners (SC, finance, MKT)
- Daily management of pilot plant (inventory lot, equipment maintain, experiment planning, safety related, CAPEX management)
- Support government audit and related activities
- Lead new process capability dev and support Inno/Reno/5S project :
- Future-fit processing capability understanding
- Design processing routes based on the formulation design, concept delivery and real facility conditions, ability to dig out solution with CAPEX investment
- Scale up work/MPT and Pilot optimization lead
- Design/lead MPT in plant, support/lead the process development, coordinate with functional partners, e.g SUIT, operation, buying, planning and PGQ
- Use LIMS/PLM to set up and manage RM inventory/Sampling/Formulation/Processing/Product Stability database
- Coordinate quality improvement and SC Supporting:
- Eusure quality delivery during project
- Provide technical expertise to support supply chain trouble shooting
任职条件:
Key Skills:
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Foods Science/Chemical Sciences/Engineering
- E2E skill for manufacturing management
- Process or equipment engineering knowledge in Foods&Beverage or FMCG industry
- Strong ownership and ability to fast-learning
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks
- Good team player and communication in English
Relevent Experience
Essential
- Master or Bachelor with 2-3 years related experience on manufacturing management or process development
- Rich experience on food RMs functionality, recipe design and food safety is preferred;
- Basic understand on project management is preferred.
