BURNDY Technology and Global Business Services Private Limited (HUBBELL INDIA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hubbell Inc. Hubbell India provides Engineering Services, Business Solutions and IT Services. Hubbell Engineering located in Ascendas, ITPL,Chennai, is engaged in the business of computer aided design and engineering services. The Hubbell Business Solutions functions at Infopark Kochi, provide superior business intelligence, knowledge services and business process solutions across Hubbell divisions and Corporate. IT Services team is spread across Chennai and Kochi.

Job Overview
We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine and adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for sales order creation, expediting orders, order changes, resolutions & other customer service activities

What will help you thrive in this role?
Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)
- Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
- Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
- Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
- Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
- Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
- Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
Internal training will be provided to the selected candidates. Post training the associate will be getting the full time support of one analyst for a month
