  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement E&I work plans and schedules in alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Ensure all E&I works comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Mechanical, Structural, QA/QC) for seamless integration of E&I systems into the project.
  • Lead and manage the E&I team, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of quality control checks and compliance reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication and testing stages.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment required for E&I works.
  • Manage material procurement, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
