- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement E&I work plans and schedules in alignment with overall project timelines.
- Ensure all E&I works comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Mechanical, Structural, QA/QC) for seamless integration of E&I systems into the project.
- Lead and manage the E&I team, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members.
- Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality control checks and compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication and testing stages.
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment required for E&I works.
- Manage material procurement, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
