Job Description
- Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform
- Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
