Job Description
We are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and assist in maintaining and driving engagement of our successful SaaS. The app is built with a Ruby on Rails backend and a React front end and hosted on Heroku. You might be a good match if you are great with technology, very sharp and very organized.

Position Responsibilities
- Product QA testing
- Assist with writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
- Low-code and no-code workflow development using tools like n8n and Zapier
- Report development with SQL
- Assist with help article development and refinement with a focus on optimizing our Customer Support AI chatbot responses
- Assist in training and product marketing content development tasks like webinars, email updates, social media posting, editing videos

Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B SaaS
- AI agent workflow development experience with low-code tools
- Software business analysis including requirements writing and QA
- Ability to write SQL
- Basic knowledge of software development tasks including:
- Git
- Writing HTML/CSS
- How APIs work and how to connect to them with low code tools
- Did some training on software development (e.g. at a code camp or online)
- Marketing content development
- Sales outbound automation using a tool like clay.com
- Video editing
- Real estate industry
What We Offer
- $1500-2100/month USD commensurate with work experience
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday) remote role as an international contractor.
- You will be paid hourly in USD based on the hours you log, and the money will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.
- The work hours for the position are 8 am – 5 pm in either the US central or mountain timezone with a 1-hour break
This is a remote position; you can work from anywhere in LATAM.
You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
