Associate Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy for Infosys Foundation’s CSR initiatives.
  • Craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Manage and create high-quality content (website copy, social media posts).
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, annual reports, videos.
  • Identify and leverage relevant marketing channels to raise awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Foundation and Infosys to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies
  • Stay updated on current trends in CSR communication and storytelling.

To qualify, candidates must possess:

  • Outstanding writing, messaging, and editing skills
  • Project management skills and experience with leading 360 projects
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with in-house designers and external agencies
  • Ability to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets
