What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Complete applications in a timely manner according to specific requirements for provider credentialing
• Track progress and notify internal and external customers to ensure timely completion of credentialing
• Ensure all provider certifications, licensures, insurances, and malpractice histories are complete and updated
• Lead the credentialing and provider enrollment processes and functions
• Complete payer enrollment tasks in EPIC and perform other assigned duties

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred, with affiliation to Professional Credentialing Associations desirable
• Minimum of two (2) years of credentialing experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare billing experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and knowledge of CAQH software is essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in working within a large healthcare system
• Familiarity with various insurance companies and their credentialing processes
• Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role
