Job Description
Location and Workplace: Anywhere in the Philippines, Work from Home
Salary: PHP 50-55k
The Carrier Corporate Assistant will provide essential support in managing reporting tasks, executive assistance, and email correspondence to ensure the smooth operation of our carrier partnerships and executive functions.
Key Duties:
Carrier Reporting Support:
- Edit and review Excel documents containing insurance policy data.
- Ensure timely delivery of Excel carrier reports.
Invoice Tracing and Support:
- Deliver quotes provided by the CEO to the accounting team for invoicing upon project completion.
- Ensure all billable time and projects are billed, tracked, and sent to Accounting.
Executive Assistant Work:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate travel, conferences, and logistics.
- Take meeting notes and review proposals for spelling errors.
- Save documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Purchase supplies and gifts for clients on behalf of the CEO.
Email Support:
- Ensure timely responses to emails and track to-do items to ensure no important tasks are missed.
Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- College graduate
- 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related role
- Professional demeanor and behavior
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to professionally communicate with external insurance agents
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Ability to meet project and task deadlines
- Previous experience in the insurance field is preferred, but not required
