Data Scientist – Mental Healthcare AI

Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing our AI-powered therapist matching algorithms and building predictive models for mental health insights. This is a deferred compensation position with significant equity potential, ideal for someone excited to make a meaningful impact in mental healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI algorithms for therapist-patient matching based on multiple parameters including cultural fit, specialization, and treatment approaches
• Create predictive models for early warning systems using user behavioral data and wearable device inputs
• Design and implement recommendation systems for personalized therapeutic content and interventions
• Build data pipelines for processing and analyzing user interaction data
• Collaborate with clinical experts to translate psychological insights into quantifiable metrics
• Develop analytics frameworks to measure therapy effectiveness and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and data science – we welcome applications from FRESHERS only from top tier institutions with open heart and mind!
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with NLP and recommendation systems
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or mental health domain is preferred
• Knowledge of privacy and security considerations in healthcare data
• Experience with real-time data processing and analysis
• Published research or contributions to open-source projects

Compensation

• Base Salary from 3rd month: 15-25 LPA

No Salary for 2 months (If you are bachelor we will take care of your food and accommodation for 2 months). Required immediate relocation to Bangalore.
