Requirements
Job Description:
2 + years of experience as a UI Designer in a high paced organization.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
Proficiency in Figma and its collaborative design features.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UI designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with user testing methodologies and usability principles.
Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
