Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced EA Cum Office Admin to join our team on a full-time basis at our Bahadurgarh location. The role is mid-level, requiring a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, supporting executive tasks, and ensuring effective office management.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to senior management, coordinating schedules, meetings, and communication to ensure effective time management.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative activities adhere to company guidelines and are executed efficiently.
- Manage employee attendance records and handle queries related to time and attendance to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate salary structure processes, maintaining records and liaising with the finance department to facilitate prompt payroll execution.
- Foster a productive office environment by managing staff, addressing issues, and supporting team collaboration efforts.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained, placing orders and managing inventory to avoid disruptions in operations.
- Compile and maintain routine reports for management review, providing insights into office operations and staff performance.
- Facilitate organized and clear communication between departments to support cohesive operation and strategic planning.
