- Work directly with the MD to support in delivering overall strategic objectives.
- To conduct analysis as directed by MD.
- Produce reports as per management requirement.
- To follow up on actions ,from meeting on behalf of MD.
- Provide administrative support to MD in implementing organisational projects and programs.
- Take follow up on special tasks on behalf of MD.
- Provide training to various departments on behalf of MD.
- Highlight real pictures about the work by collecting and analyzing information.
- assigning work to staff members and follow up on results.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the Management and employees.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit various reports to management .
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
