Responsibilities

  • Design and create digital assets, including website banners, product images, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze design performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of graphics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize graphics for engagement, focusing on visual appeal and user experience.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of work.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design projects that meet campaign objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience in digital asset creation and an understanding of how to optimize designs for various platforms.
  • Knowledge of brand consistency and the ability to create content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Excellent analytical skills for measuring design performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools for measuring graphic performance and audience engagement.
