Job Requirements
- Age 20-35 years olds
- Candidate must possess at least D3 Degree / S1, preferably majoring in Hospitality / Tourism
- At least 1 year experience of working as Front Desk Agent/Receptionist/Guest Service Agent in Hotel industry (4 and 5 star hotel)
- Fluent in English
- Passionate for customer service and building strong client relationships
- Able to work under pressure and shifting work schedule
