What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree from universities (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.),
- Experience up to 0-4 years in procurement,
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Especially good level of Office Excel proficiency),
- Analytical thinking and result oriented for end to end procurement procedures,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Vendor, stakeholder, contract management,
- Driving sustainability,
- Procurement insights and analysis; understand portfolio strategies and procurement requirements,
- Procurement strategy execution and performance management,
- High level of commitment and interest to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
How can you make an impact?
- To manage the procurement processes of Allianz companies in accordance with global group standards and to ensure that the central purchasing process is carried out end-to-end with the relevant suppliers,
- To ensure supply chain and price sustainability by regularly researching alternative supply sources and market dynamics for the category,
- To establish long-term cooperation and trust-based strategic relations with suppliers,
- To define the need, time schedule and product service quality level correctly, in effective and open communication with the business units,
- To ensure that purchases are completed in accordance with the relevant budgets and project schedules, and that services and products are provided on time,
- To responsible for contract processes by taking the comments of suppliers, legal and business units,
- To responsible for invoice and payment processes in coordination with finance and business units,
- To responsible for supplier performance evaluation processes, to ensure that suppliers take actions to continuously increase their performance.
