Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Director of Brands to lead and expand our brand portfolio. This senior role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our brands, overseeing multi-channel growth, and driving long-term success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, creativity, and analytical expertise, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute data-driven decisions that amplify brand impact.

Requirements:

Strategic Leadership:

Define and drive the long-term vision for all brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. Manage the brand’s P&L and ensure targets are met.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead a primarily contractor-based team. Set clear goals, measure performance, and hold team members accountable. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Market Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategies. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities.

Product Sourcing & Design:

  • Oversee product design and launches, ensuring the product lineup aligns with market demand and brand positioning.

Marketing Channels:

  • Supervise the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including organic social, email, SMS, SEO, and paid ads. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Customer Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention, focusing on personalized marketing and long-term engagement.

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and update the brand book, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Coordinate photoshoots and content creation to reinforce brand identity.

Expansion:

  • Lead efforts to expand wholesale and retail partnerships, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities for brand growth.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards to track brand performance across all channels. Use data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior eCommerce brand leadership role, preferably in DTC.
  • Strong track record of scaling and managing brands across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in market analysis, product development, and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing operational details and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Experience with P&L management, and demonstrated success in driving brand growth.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) for performance tracking and reporting.
