Job Overview

Planning Manager position with Sobha Limited requiring a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience. This is a Full-Time role located in Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Ahmedabad.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for projects
• Oversee project management activities
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements
• Utilize Oracle Primavera and MSP for planning and scheduling
• Resolve project-related issues through effective problem-solving

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in real estate planning and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and building codes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Minimum 10-15Yr Experience in the real estate High rise building
• Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Civil Engineering
• Hands on experience in Primavera or MSP
