Job Purpose-The incumbent will be responsible for new business development, exploring markets and hunting customers in Oleo Chemicals Business segment of Godrej Industries Ltd- chemicals business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop new markets, new customers & new channel partners for existing oleo chemicals as well as for new products in Oleo-chemicals segment
- Knowledge and understanding of Oleo Chemicals supply chain, market understanding and mapping.
- Identify, qualify, and expand the business profitably in Oleo-chemicals segment.
- Participation and execution in strategic planning, creating development plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projections to achieve overall business targets in Oleo Segment.
- Close co-ordination with internal teams for new product initiatives.
- Experience in product management, Sales, and new business development.
- Innovative approach in business operation with respect to changing and new market trends
- Analyze industry, market, competition.
- Understanding of sales, logistics processes in exports
- Handling international bidding & Negotiations with respect to oleo chemicals segment
- Customer orientation and relationship building with customers to sustain long-term profitable growth.
- Coordination with domestic /international sales team to meet the sales Target with respect to Oleo Chemicals Business Segment
Educational Qualification
B.E (Chemical) and MBA (preferably marketing)
Experience:- 8- 10Yrs
