Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this incumbent will be mainly responsible for directing, planning and executing to the management on food & beverage strategy and ensure a smooth of operation at the kitchen level for the purpose of achieving the business objectives, development, marketing and people agenda with prime accountability to sustain the business performance as well as achieve desired financial results for high end restaurants.
Role And Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance of the restaurants to achieve targets including but not limited to sales, food cost, customer satisfaction & feedback, staff productivity and services standard of the Company;
- Identifies and executes business and operation strategies by analyzing trends; preparing critical measurements; developing the food and beverage business plan
- Implements food and BEVERAGE financial strategies by anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing budgets and capital expenditure plans; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans and activities to boost up the sales performance as well as strengthen a brand building by penetrating the business in the market
- Collaborate with human resources team to plan, develop and monitor people agenda in order to sustain a pool of talent within the group
- Develops and maintains the client & supplier relationships to facilitate existing and explore any prospective business to excel the business performance in event and catering
- Support and lead multi-projects in alignment with business plan and development
- Provide on-the-job training is required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in business or hotel management
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Food & Beverage management roles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills
- Experience in business pre-opening and mobilization projects
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
