We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and possess a basic understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, and analytics. You will be supporting various digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Help manage and schedule posts for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and monitor social media trends.
- Assist in running paid social media ad campaigns.
SEO And SEM Support
- Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content for search engine rankings.
- Help with on-page SEO (meta tags, alt texts, URL structure) and off-page SEO (backlinking).
- Assist with SEM campaigns, including setting up and monitoring Google Ads.
Email Marketing
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing email copy and managing contact lists.
- Track emails performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics And Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
- Prepare performance reports to share with the marketing team.
- Use data to suggest improvements to campaigns.
Content Creation & Marketing
- Assist in creating and curating content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and social media.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Help with content scheduling and publishing.
Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Support the management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Help with setting up ad copy, targeting, and tracking conversions.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internships included).
Skills
- Basic SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing knowledge.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 per month
