The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic Educational Program Content Manager (m/f/d) to join our in-house team.

What You’ll Do
- Design and Develop Programs – Innovate and create educational programs that hit the mark in the raw materials industry.
- Create Engaging Content – Develop high-quality, compelling learning materials, from digital content to full-blown courses.
- Market Strategically – Team up with our marketing gurus to effectively promote our programs and draw in a diverse crowd.
- Plan Strategically – Align our educational initiatives with industry trends and future needs.
- Implement Programs – Roll out educational programs smoothly, from pilot phases to full-scale launch.
- Drive Improvement – Use data to continuously tweak and improve our programs for the best learning outcomes.
- Ensure Quality – Make sure our programs and content meet all necessary standards and benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in educational program design and content creation.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Creative thinker who can produce engaging and impactful learning materials.
- Experience in marketing educational programs and attracting learners.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of the raw materials sector or related industries.
- Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tech.
