About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end HR and administrative functions at Urbano Fashion. The candidate should have prior experience in managing payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and administrative tasks. This is a critical role in ensuring that our team thrives in a supportive, compliant, and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment efforts to hire top talent for key roles across departments.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll processes, employee records, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Implement and monitor performance review cycles.
- Identify training and development opportunities to foster employee growth and retention.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and surveys to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Supervise office management, including vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and supplies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
