About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end HR and administrative functions at Urbano Fashion. The candidate should have prior experience in managing payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and administrative tasks. This is a critical role in ensuring that our team thrives in a supportive, compliant, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment efforts to hire top talent for key roles across departments.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage payroll processes, employee records, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Implement and monitor performance review cycles.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to foster employee growth and retention.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and surveys to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Supervise office management, including vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and supplies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
