Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing and agreements with suppliers to secure optimal deals for construction materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Assist in the setup of new construction projects.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise with suppliers or materials.
  • Establish pricing and costs for project estimates.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and utilizing MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Capable of occasional travel within Houston and other Texas markets.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or estimating is preferred.
