Concentrix is currently seeking a dedicated CS Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch assistance to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Graduate

-Fluent English Speaker (B2-C1)

-Able to commit to 24/7 rotational shift

Key Responsibilities

-Offer exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.

-Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.

-Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution.-Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system.

-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

-Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support
