Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations for brand.com including catalogue master, product launch, weekly/monthly animation plan etc
- Establish site merchandising excellence to maximize the sales opportunities and provide the best-in-class consumer journey
- Assist in managing Performance Marketing metrics, SEM, SEO to boost website traffic, leads generation and conversion rate
- Analyze online consumer behavior and optimize customer engagement, loyalty and lifetime value
- Demonstrate operational excellence with internal stakeholders or external agencies to ensure a smooth process of order fulfilment: Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales Admin and Customer Service
- Implement both HQ and local market initiatives and conduct UAT for UX, UI improvement and new functionality to improve consumer experience
- Monitor and analyze Ecommerce sales performance. Translate data into meaningful consumer insights and reports on different business development topics
- Develop social content calendar & paid digital advertising to increase brand awareness and to drive traffic to E-Commerce to increase business conversion.
- Assist in Digital Communications area in driving influencers engagement & build community for brand’s love.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years working experience of E-commerce operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Both in-house and agency background are welcomed. Marketplaces and e-retailer working experience are highly preferred. Entrepreneur spirit, willing to take initiative and ownership with can-do attitude Strong business acumen, analytical consideration with strategic agility Detail-orientated and multi-tasking skills Be Creative and Aesthetic to express brand code & visual content Team player with strong communications and collaboration skills Knowledge in Salesforce/Adobe/Infoware/Google Analytics will be a plus
