CCH Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to serve as the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) in the greater Northern Ohio area, leading the overall management of a segment of our Healthcare Facilities. This position of Regional Director of Operations (RDO) has accountability for the direction and business results of the facilities, including financial growth, clinical outcomes, employee relations and development, customer service and relations with state regulatory, licensure and compliance officials. We demonstrate a commitment to the communities we’re located in and value our reputation of providing excellent services to our residents and their families.Essential Job Functions of Regional Director of Operations (RDO):Promotes an environment that fosters creative thinking, problem solving and empowerment in the development of the facility management teams.Demonstrates a commitment to the provision of outstanding customer service and care and supports facilities in working towards the company’s objectives in relation to achieving great outcomes and high tenant satisfaction.Oversees and is responsible for the orientation of all new Administrators and the ongoing development of incumbent AdministratorsEstablishes performance plans for all Administrators that reflect the expectations for performance consistent with desired operations results. Reviews results on a routine basis to ensure that expectations are achievedEnsures that facilities have an effective recruitment/retention plan that is fully executed, monitored for desired results, and revised as necessaryResponsible for establishing and ensuring relations with state survey, certification, and compliance officials in order to effectively address survey, certification, and licensure issues in a timely mannerEnsures that facility risk management strategies are effective, fully executed, and monitored for desired resultParticipates in the development of the capital and operating budgets for designated facilitiesReviews financial performance of facilities against targets and ensures appropriate business systems are in place.Works with Administrators and Marketing to identify new or enhanced local market opportunities and to develop business plans that capitalize on those opportunities in order to drive desired financial resultsEnsures that company initiatives and programs are executed at the facility level according to the standards set by the companyEnsures that properties are maintained according to company standards.Collaborates with other members of our Management Team to achieve the Company’s objectives and optimize performance of our regional campuses.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required of Regional Director of Operations (RDO):Active Ohio LNHA LicenseMust live in greater Toledo areaBachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferredA minimum of 5 years’ experience as a SNF Administrator. Experience in Senior Living Facility management is a plus.Experience in a multi-facility operations management position or consultation position in senior living preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to foster performance behaviors that drive desired business resultsBusiness acumen in the areas of revenue enhancement, cash management, people management and development, financial management, and functioning in a highly regulated environmentMust be able to travel consistent with demands of the positionMust have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.Job Type: Full-time
