As a Front Desk Clerk, Your Duties Will Include

Guest Check-In/Out: Greet all guests with a warm welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Provide Exceptional Service: Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, addressing any concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.

Hotel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on room availability, services, amenities, promotions, and hotel policies to effectively inform and assist guests.

Problem-Solving: Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive guest relations.

Cash Handling & Accounting: Accurately process payments, manage guest accounts, and ensure financial transactions are handled securely.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with guests, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Safety & Security: Follow all safety protocols and ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Comfortably work in variable environments and temperatures (indoors/outdoors, varying noise levels).

Ability to remain stationary or move about the property as needed throughout the shift.

Desirable Experience And Qualifications

Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required!

Strong customer service and cash handling experience.

Fluency in a second language is a bonus.

A passion for hospitality and helping others.

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality is a plus.

Additional Details

Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
