Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our Birmingham, AL, team. In this role, you will oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms. You will collaborate with various departments to support strategic initiatives and enhance the company’s communication efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and distribute internal and external communication materials, such as memos, newsletters, and press releases. Assist in crafting and editing content for presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Coordinate communication strategies to align with company goals and values. Maintain and update company documents to ensure accurate information dissemination. Monitor and analyze feedback to improve communication practices. Collaborate with management to ensure consistency in messaging. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools. Previous experience in a communication-related role is preferred but not required.
