Responsibilities

  • Project Management Excellence: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications, and relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scope and Requirements Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
  • Agile Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: o Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: o Familiarity with banking systems, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with software development teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. o Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
