Responsibilities
- Project Management Excellence: Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications, and relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Scope and Requirements Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Agile Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: o Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the banking or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: o Familiarity with banking systems, processes, and compliance standards.
- Experience working with software development teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders. o Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
