The Role

Our Creative Studio in London is expanding, and we’re seeking a highly organised, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Executive. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in executing and refining our marketing strategies across our sports and casino brand portfolio. Working collaboratively with diverse teams, you will develop and implement dynamic digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that boost brand awareness, captivate audiences, and drive business objectives.

A crucial part of this role involves analysing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against key performance indicators, utilising social media and website analytics, and refining strategies based on these insights.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various brands to enhance visibility and drive customer engagement effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators, and proactively recommend and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Establish and streamline business processes to ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining and enforcing brand strategy to promote cohesive and seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. This involves detailed analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover potential opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Manage and plan content creation for all brands and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of all social media platforms, ensuring their effective integration into a seamless user journey from start to finish.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Support our leadership team in the formulation of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that are designed to meet the company’s overarching business objectives.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and data analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and independently, with a team and communicate with diverse groups.
  • Good understanding of the sports, casino and the iGaming industry.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Haves

  • iGaming and/or affiliate industry experience.
  • Experience in, or a keen interest in, iGaming, sports, or industry-related gaming products.
