Responsibilities
About the job Investment Associate
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities in accordance with the set investment criteria and leading the execution of new transactions.
- Develop investment documentation including teasers, reports, memorandums, and presentations that will support the investment decision-making process.
- Identify and analyze areas of potential risk and implementing solutions to effectively mitigate such risks.
- Manage and build complex excel based financial models.
- Assess legal documentation including Shareholders Agreements, Asset/Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, MOUs and others.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a renowned private equity firm, investment bank, or financial advisory firm.
- Experience in infrastructure and project financing transactions.
- Competent in risk management, equity analysis, assets allocation, portfolio strategy and data analysis.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- CFA is a plus.
- Self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
