Responsibilities

About the job Investment Associate

  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities in accordance with the set investment criteria and leading the execution of new transactions.
  • Develop investment documentation including teasers, reports, memorandums, and presentations that will support the investment decision-making process.
  • Identify and analyze areas of potential risk and implementing solutions to effectively mitigate such risks.
  • Manage and build complex excel based financial models.
  • Assess legal documentation including Shareholders Agreements, Asset/Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, MOUs and others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a renowned private equity firm, investment bank, or financial advisory firm.
  • Experience in infrastructure and project financing transactions.
  • Competent in risk management, equity analysis, assets allocation, portfolio strategy and data analysis.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • CFA is a plus.
  • Self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
