- Develop data-driven strategies to grow transaction volume and users with better unit economics through growth experimentation, new feature development, campaign management, crafting merchant acquisition strategy, and competitor analysis.
- Identify and execute new revenue stream opportunities, including research, market analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, promotion plan, and implementation planning.
- Produce competitor analysis reports for the management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Analyze data to find actionable insights such as funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, and many others to improve business strategies.
- Serve as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience in Growth, Demand Management, Strategy & Planning, Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst or similar role experience in the Payments Industry would a plus
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and have fundamental knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical skill, and business acumen, comfortable with numbers
- Good communication skills and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
